6. Maintenance
- Keep the power strip clean and free from dust. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning.
- Do not expose to liquids or excessive moisture.
- Regularly inspect the cord and plug for any signs of damage. If damaged, discontinue use and replace the unit.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Power:
- Ensure the power strip is securely plugged into a working wall outlet.
- Check if the master ON/OFF switch is in the "ON" position.
- If the overload switch has tripped, reduce the load by unplugging some devices and press the "RESET" button.
- Verify the wall outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
- Surge Protected Indicator Off:
- If the green "SURGE PROTECTED" indicator light is off, it means the surge protection components have been consumed or damaged. The power strip may still provide power, but it will no longer protect against surges. Replace the unit for continued surge protection.
- Slow USB Charging:
- Ensure your device's charging cable is not damaged.
- Check if the device requires a higher charging current than the ports provide (USB-A: 5V/2.4A MAX, USB-C: 5V/3A MAX, Total USB: 5V/3.1A).
