Operating Instructions

The Tnfeeon Electric Pressure Cooker is compatible with various heat sources, including induction cookers, gas stoves, open fire, and solar hot stoves, thanks to its fast heat conduction compound pot bottom.

  1. Add Ingredients: Place your desired ingredients and liquid into the pressure cooker pot. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
  2. Secure Lid: Place the lid on the pot and rotate it clockwise until it is fully locked. Ensure the pressure limiting valve is correctly positioned.
  3. Apply Heat: Place the pressure cooker on your chosen heat source. Begin heating at a medium-high setting.
  4. Pressure Build-up: As the temperature rises, steam will begin to escape from the pressure limiting valve, indicating pressure is building. Once the desired pressure is reached (80KPA), the valve will automatically release excess pressure.
  5. Cooking Time: Reduce heat to maintain a steady pressure. Cook for the recommended time for your recipe. Pressure cooking significantly reduces cooking times compared to traditional methods.
  6. Release Pressure: Once cooking is complete, remove the pressure cooker from the heat source. Allow the pressure to release naturally, or use the quick release method if specified by your recipe and product safety guidelines. Do not force the lid open.
  7. Open Lid: Once all pressure has been released and the pressure indicator has dropped, carefully unlock and remove the lid.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your pressure cooker.

  • After Each Use: Wash the pot and lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent water spots or corrosion.
  • Sealing Ring: Remove the sealing ring from the lid and wash it separately. Inspect it for cracks or damage. Replace if necessary.
  • Valves: Ensure the pressure limiting valve and any other safety valves are clear of food debris. Clean them gently with a small brush if needed.
  • Storage: Store the pressure cooker with the lid inverted or slightly ajar to allow air circulation and prevent odors.
  • Do Not Use: Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the stainless steel finish.
