2. Setup Guide

2.1 What's in the Box:

2.2 Initial Charging:

Before first use, fully charge the headset using the provided Type-C charging cable. Connect the cable to the headset's Type-C port and a compatible USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.

2.3 Connectivity Options:

The WG1 headset offers two primary wireless connection modes: 2.4GHz Dongle Mode and Bluetooth Mode.

2.3.1 2.4GHz Dongle Mode:

1. Insert the 2.4GHz USB dongle into an available USB port on your PC, PS5, PS4, Mac, or laptop.
2. Power on the headset by long-pressing the power button (usually located on the earcup). The headset will automatically connect to the dongle.
3. Compatibility Note: The microphone is not compatible with Nintendo Switch in this mode. This mode is NOT compatible with any Xbox consoles.

2.3.2 Bluetooth Mode:

1. To switch to Bluetooth mode, long-press the microphone button for 2 seconds. The headset will announce "Bluetooth Mode" and enter pairing mode.
2. On your mobile device, tablet, iPad, or smart device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "WESEARY WG1" to pair.
3. Compatibility Note: Bluetooth mode is NOT compatible with PS4/PS5.

3.1 Headset Controls:

The WESEARY WG1 headset features intuitive controls located on the earcups for easy access during use.

• Power Button: Long press for 3 seconds to turn on/off. Single click for play/pause, answer/hang up calls. Long press for 2 seconds to reject calls. Double click for trackback.
• Volume Down Button: Single click to decrease volume. Long press for 2 seconds for previous track.
• Volume Up Button: Single click to increase volume. Long press for 2 seconds for next track. Press volume up/down together for 6 seconds to clear all devices.
• Microphone Button: Single click to mute/unmute the microphone. Long press for 2 seconds to switch between Bluetooth and Dongle Mode.
• LED On/Off Button: Single click to toggle LED lights. Double click to switch between Game mode and Music mode. Long press for 3 seconds to re-pair (Bluetooth mode).

3.2 Microphone Usage:

The headset features a 360° rotatable omnidirectional microphone with Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) technology. This ensures your voice is captured clearly while minimizing background noise.

• Adjust the microphone to your preferred position.
• Press the microphone button once to mute or unmute.
• Note: The microphone is not compatible with Nintendo Switch.

3.3 LED Lighting:

Activate the dynamic, color-shifting LED lights on the earcups by pressing the dedicated LED button. This feature can be toggled on or off to conserve battery life or suit your preference.

• For Bluetooth mode, try unpairing and re-pairing the headset with your device. Long press the volume up/down buttons together for 6 seconds to clear all paired devices.
• Note: This headset is NOT compatible with any Xbox series consoles. Bluetooth mode is NOT compatible with PS4/PS5.
