6. Maintenance and Care
- Water Resistance: Your watch is water resistant to 330 feet (100 meters). This means it is suitable for showering, swimming, and snorkeling. Do not press any buttons while the watch is submerged in water. Avoid exposing the watch to hot water or steam, as this can compromise the water resistance.
- Cleaning: Clean your watch regularly with a soft, damp cloth. For resin straps, mild soap and water can be used. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Temperature: Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) for extended periods, as this can affect battery life and watch accuracy.
- Battery Replacement: When the display becomes dim or functions become erratic, it may be time to replace the battery. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and maintain water resistance.

- Buttons are not responding: The watch may be in a locked mode or experiencing a temporary glitch. Try pressing all buttons simultaneously for a few seconds to perform a soft reset (if applicable to your model). If the issue persists, battery replacement might be necessary.
- Time is incorrect: Re-set the time and date following the instructions in Section 4.1. Ensure the 12/24 hour format is set correctly.
- Water appears inside the watch: Immediately take the watch to a qualified technician for inspection and repair to prevent further damage.
