Setup and Installation
Installing your new HOROW T0338W toilet is a straightforward process. It is recommended to have a plumber assist with the installation to ensure proper setup and prevent leaks. The toilet features two large opening holes on the side for easier floor fixation.
Important Considerations:
- Water Inlet Connection: Connect the water line to the toilet before fixing the toilet to the floor. The water inlet is located at the bottom back of the tank and can be difficult to access once the toilet is installed.
- Supply Line Size: The toilet fits both 7/8" and 1/2" water lines. If your supply line is 1/2", you can connect it directly. If it's 7/8", remove the adapter before connecting.
- Toilet Seat Screws: The toilet seat is fixed with screws to prevent loosening.

Operating Instructions
The HOROW T0338W features a dual-flush system for efficient water usage. The chrome button on top of the tank has two distinct sections:
- Small Button: Activates a 0.8 GPF (gallons per flush) for liquid waste, conserving water.
- Large Button: Activates a 1.28 GPF for solid waste, providing a powerful flush.
Choose the appropriate flush option based on your needs to maximize water savings.

Maintenance
The one-piece design of the HOROW T0338W toilet simplifies cleaning, as there are fewer crevices for dirt and grime to accumulate.
- General Cleaning: Use a mild bathroom cleaner and a soft cloth or sponge to clean the exterior and interior of the toilet bowl. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the porcelain finish.
- Toilet Seat: The soft-closing PP seat can be easily removed for thorough cleaning. Refer to the installation video for guidance on seat removal and reattachment.
- Flush Mechanism: Periodically inspect the flush valve and fill valve inside the tank for any signs of wear or malfunction.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your HOROW T0338W toilet, please refer to the following general advice:
- Weak Flush: Ensure the water supply valve is fully open. Check the water level in the tank; it should be at the marked fill line.
- Continuous Running Water: Inspect the fill valve and flush valve for proper seating. Adjust the float if the water level is too high.
- Leaking: Check all connections for tightness, especially the water supply line and the floor bolts. Ensure the wax ring is properly sealed.
For persistent issues or complex repairs, it is recommended to contact a qualified plumber or HOROW customer service.
