3. Components and Assembly

Your CUSIMAX Smokeless Indoor Grill & Griddle comes with the following components:

• Electric smokeless grill base
• 2 heating plates (one grill, one griddle)
• Tempered glass lid
• Drip tray
• Silver heat reflector

Assembly is straightforward. Place the black plastic water tray into the base, followed by the silver heat reflector. Position the heating element securely, then choose either the grill or griddle plate to place on top. Finally, attach the tempered glass lid.

4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions

Plug in the grill. The LED smart display will illuminate. Use the temperature controls to set your desired cooking temperature, ranging from 2000F to 4500F. Press the fan button to activate the smoke extraction system. Place your food on the chosen grill or griddle plate. For optimal results and minimal smoke, keep the tempered glass lid on during cooking.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Cleaning your CUSIMAX grill is simple thanks to its non-stick surfaces and detachable parts. After each use, allow the unit to cool completely. Remove the grill/griddle plate, drip tray, and heat-insulation plate. These parts are dishwasher safe, making cleanup a breeze. The main heating element and electrical components should not be submerged in water or washed in a dishwasher; wipe them clean with a damp cloth if necessary.

• Unit does not power on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check your home's circuit breaker.
