5. Operating Instructions
- Fill Water Tank: Remove the water tank from the base unit. Unscrew the cap and fill the tank with clean, distilled or demineralized water. Do not exceed the maximum fill line. Replace the cap securely and place the water tank back into the base unit.
- Power On: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (220V, 50Hz). Turn the power dial on the base unit to the 'ON' position. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Heat Up: The steamer will begin to heat up. This typically takes approximately 35-37 seconds. Steam will start to emit from the steaming head once the operating temperature is reached.
- Prepare Garment: Hang the garment you wish to steam on the integrated hanger or a separate hanger. Ensure the fabric is taut.
- Begin Steaming: Hold the steaming head a few inches away from the fabric. Move the steaming head slowly up and down the garment, allowing the steam to penetrate the fibers. For stubborn wrinkles, you may gently press the steaming head against the fabric.
- Steaming Delicate Fabrics: For delicate fabrics, maintain a greater distance between the steaming head and the garment. Test on an inconspicuous area first.
- After Use: Once steaming is complete, turn the power dial to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance. Allow the steamer to cool down completely before emptying the water tank and storing.

6. Maintenance and Care
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your steamer.
- Empty Water Tank: After each use, ensure the steamer has cooled down, then remove and empty any remaining water from the tank. This prevents mineral buildup.
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the steamer with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Descaling (Monthly): If using tap water (not recommended), descale the steamer monthly. Mix equal parts white vinegar and water. Fill the tank with this solution and run the steamer until half the solution is used. Turn off, unplug, and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then run the remaining solution through. Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.
- Storage: Store the steamer in a cool, dry place. Ensure the hose is not kinked and the telescopic pole is retracted for compact storage.
