Setup
Unpacking and Assembly
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Attach the handle to the main unit using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened.
- Connect the high-pressure hose to the pump outlet and the spray gun.
- Attach the 16-inch steel wand to the spray gun.
- Ensure the 10-inch pneumatic tires are properly inflated.
Fuel and Oil
- Fill the engine with the recommended type and amount of oil. Refer to the engine manual for specific oil requirements.
- Add fresh, unleaded gasoline to the fuel tank. Important: Keep the max fuel level 1/2 inch below the bottom of the filler neck to avoid spillage.
Water Connection
- Connect a garden hose to the water inlet of the pressure washer. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent leaks.
- Turn on the water supply completely.
- Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge air from the pump and hose until a steady stream of water emerges.

Operating Instructions
Starting the Pressure Washer (Electric Start)
- Ensure the water supply is fully on and air has been purged from the system.
- Set the engine switch to the "ON" position.
- Move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position (if the engine is cold).
- Press and hold the electric start button for up to 5 seconds until the engine starts.
- Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.
Using the Nozzles
The pressure washer includes 4 quick-connect nozzles for various cleaning tasks:
- 0° Tip (Red): For intense spot cleaning or hard-to-reach areas. Use with extreme caution.
- 15° Tip (Yellow): For aggressive cleaning of small areas.
- 40° Tip (White): For general cleaning of larger areas.
- Soap Nozzle (Black): For applying detergent.

Cleaning Procedure
- Select the appropriate nozzle for the task.
- Hold the spray gun firmly with both hands.
- Maintain a safe distance from the surface being cleaned, typically 6-12 inches, adjusting as needed.
- Always start spraying away from the surface and move towards it to avoid damaging the material.
- Release the trigger to stop the water flow.
Shutting Down
- Turn off the engine.
- Turn off the water supply.
- Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system.
- Disconnect the garden hose and high-pressure hose.
