Setup

1. Battery Installation

The remote control requires alkaline batteries for operation. No programming is needed; simply insert the batteries correctly, and the remote will be ready to use.

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.
2. Slide the cover downwards or press the latch to open it.
3. Insert two new alkaline batteries (AAA, not included) into the compartment, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals match the diagrams inside the compartment.
4. Replace the battery compartment cover, sliding it back into place until it clicks securely.

Operating Instructions

This remote control is designed to cover all functions of your original AKAI TV remote. Point the remote control directly at your AKAI TV's infrared sensor for optimal performance.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Battery Replacement
