5. Operating Instructions
The IDZO 2-Wheel Wheelbarrow is designed for ease of use in various outdoor tasks.
5.1 Loading Materials
- Place the wheelbarrow on a level surface before loading.
- Distribute the load evenly within the tray to maintain balance and stability during transport.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 330 pounds (150 kg). Overloading can damage the wheelbarrow and pose a safety risk.
- For loose materials like soil or mulch, ensure the load is contained within the tray to prevent spillage.
5.2 Transporting and Maneuvering
- Grasp the padded handlebars firmly with both hands.
- Lift the handles slightly to raise the front support off the ground, balancing the weight primarily on the two pneumatic tires.
- Push the wheelbarrow forward, guiding it with the handlebars. The dual-wheel design provides enhanced stability, making it easier to navigate uneven terrain.
- When turning, gently pivot the wheelbarrow in the desired direction.
5.3 Dumping Contents
- To dump the contents, position the wheelbarrow at your desired location.
- Lower the handles to allow the front of the tray to rest on the ground.
- Lift the handles further while simultaneously pushing forward to tip the tray and empty its contents. The design allows for smooth dumping.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will extend the life and performance of your IDZO 2-Wheel Wheelbarrow.
- Cleaning: After each use, especially when transporting wet or sticky materials, clean the PE plastic tray with water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry to prevent material buildup and maintain appearance.
- Tire Pressure: Periodically check the air pressure in the pneumatic tires. Maintain the recommended pressure (usually indicated on the tire sidewall) for optimal performance and ease of movement. Under-inflated tires can make the wheelbarrow harder to push.
- Hardware Check: Regularly inspect all bolts, nuts, and fasteners to ensure they are tight. Vibrations from use can sometimes loosen connections. Tighten as necessary.
- Storage: Store the wheelbarrow in a dry, covered area to protect it from the elements, which can prolong the life of the steel frame and plastic tray. The wheelbarrow can be upturned for easy, space-saving storage.

7. Troubleshooting
Here are some common issues and their potential solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Difficulty pushing / Maneuvering | Low tire pressure; Overloaded; Uneven load distribution. | Check and inflate tires to recommended pressure; Reduce load; Redistribute load evenly. |
| Wobbling or instability | Loose bolts or fasteners; Damaged frame. | Inspect and tighten all bolts and nuts; If frame is damaged, discontinue use and contact support. |
| Tire losing air quickly | Puncture in tire or valve stem issue. | Inspect tire for punctures; Repair or replace tire/inner tube if necessary. |
| Squeaking noises | Dry axle or wheel bearings. | Apply a small amount of lubricant to the axle and wheel bearings. |
