2. Safety Information

2.1 General Safety Warnings

  • Do not use the vest if you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, have diabetes, circulatory problems, or are insensitive to heat. Consult a physician before use if you have any medical conditions.
  • Do not use while sleeping.
  • Do not use on infants, children, incapacitated persons, or anyone insensitive to heat.
  • Never use the vest if the heating elements or wiring are damaged.

2.2 Battery Safety

  • Use only the provided 7.4V power bank. Do not use 5V power banks, as they may not provide stable operation.
  • Do not puncture, drop, disassemble, or modify the battery.

3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Battery

  1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the power bank.
  2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into the power adapter.
  3. Insert the power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
  4. The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show charging progress. A full charge is indicated when all LEDs are solid.

3.2 Connecting the Battery to the Vest

  1. Locate the battery pocket inside the vest, typically on the left side.
  2. Connect the vest's power cable to the output port of the fully charged power bank. Ensure a secure connection.
  3. Place the power bank securely into the battery pocket and zip it closed.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

  • To turn on: Press and hold the power button on the chest of the vest for approximately 3 seconds until the LED illuminates. The vest will typically start on the High (Red) setting.
  • To turn off: Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED light turns off.

4.2 Adjusting Temperature Levels

Once the vest is powered on, short press the power button to cycle through the three temperature settings:

  • Red LED: High Temperature (60-65°C / 140-149°F) - Provides approximately 3.5 hours of heat.
  • White LED: Medium Temperature (50-60°C / 122-140°F) - Provides approximately 4.5 hours of heat.
  • Blue LED: Low Temperature (45-50°C / 113-122°F) - Provides approximately 7 hours of heat.

  • Hand Wash: Gently hand wash the vest in cold water with a mild detergent.
  • Machine Wash: If machine washing, place the vest in a laundry bag to protect the heating elements. Use a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent.
  • Do Not: Dry clean, bleach, iron, or wring the vest.
  • Drying: Hang the vest to air dry completely before reconnecting the battery or storing. Ensure no moisture remains in the electrical components.
