2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup
Unpacking:

5. Operating Instructions
General Operation:
- Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. The digital display will illuminate briefly.
- Pull out the air flow basket using the cool-touch handle.
- Place your ingredients into the basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking.
- Slide the air flow basket back into the main unit until it clicks into place.
- Press the power button (U) to turn on the appliance.
Using Preset Functions:
The Milex 6L Premium Air Fryer features 8 pre-programmed cooking functions for common dishes.
- After powering on, press the 'M' (Mode) button to cycle through the preset icons on the digital display.
- Once you select a preset, the air fryer will automatically set the optimal time and temperature.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
Manual Time and Temperature Adjustment:
For custom cooking, you can manually set the time and temperature.
- After powering on, use the temperature control buttons (+ / - with thermometer icon) to adjust the temperature (up to 200°C).
- Use the timer control buttons (+ / - with clock icon) to adjust the cooking time (up to 60 minutes).
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
During Cooking:
- The air fryer features a 60-minute timer with auto-shutoff. It will automatically turn off and sound an alarm when the cooking cycle is complete.
- For even cooking, especially with larger quantities or certain foods, it is recommended to shake or flip the contents of the basket halfway through the cooking time. Carefully pull out the basket, shake or flip, and reinsert. The air fryer will resume cooking automatically.
- You can pause cooking at any time by pulling out the basket or pressing the Start/Pause button.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.
After Each Use:
- Unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove the air flow basket. Wash it with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Note: The basket is not dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the interior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. For stubborn residue, use a mild detergent.
