6. Compatibility Notes
This power bank is optimized for the iPhone 12/13/14/15 series with 15W magnetic fast charging capabilities. While it can charge Android devices such as Samsung and Google phones, they will not support the magnetic feature or achieve the 15W wireless charging speed, and will charge at a lower efficiency.

Image: An illustration demonstrating that the Anker MagGo Power Bank is compatible with iPhones using MagSafe cases, but not with standard non-magnetic phone cases.
For optimal magnetic attachment and charging, use an iPhone without a case or with a MagSafe-compatible case. Non-magnetic cases may prevent proper attachment and charging.
7. Maintenance
- Keep the power bank away from liquids and extreme temperatures.
- Clean the surface with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use corrosive cleaners.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts.
8. Troubleshooting
8.1 Device Not Charging Wirelessly
- Ensure your device is MagSafe compatible (iPhone 12/13/14/15 series).
- Check if your phone case is MagSafe compatible. Non-magnetic cases may interfere.
- Verify the power bank has sufficient charge.
- Ensure the phone is properly aligned on the wireless charging pad.
8.2 Slow Charging Speed
- For wireless charging, ensure your device supports 15W Qi2 charging. Android devices will charge at a lower efficiency.
- For wired charging, ensure the cable and wall adapter used are capable of fast charging.
- Close unnecessary background applications on your device.
8.3 Power Bank Not Recharging
- Check if the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the wall charger.
- Ensure the wall charger is functioning correctly and provides sufficient power (20W PD recommended).
- Try a different USB-C cable or wall charger.
8.4 Charging Stops at 80%

Image: An iPhone screen displaying a 'Charging On Hold' notification, indicating that charging has paused because the device's temperature is too high.
Your iPhone may stop charging at 80% to protect the battery. This can happen if it gets too warm during charging as part of iOS 17's thermal control strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving your iPhone to a cooler area may help.
