- Monitor Weight: Confirm your monitor's weight is between 4.4 lbs and 44 lbs.
- Desktop Thickness: For C-clamp installation, desktop thickness should be 12 to 50 mm (0.47-1.96 inches). For grommet installation, desktop thickness should be 12 to 50 mm (0.47-1.96 inches) with a hole diameter of 10 to 60 mm (0.39-2.36 inches).

Verify monitor and desk compatibility before proceeding with installation.

For some large ultrawide monitors (e.g., 49-inch Samsung), a separate steel VESA adapter (often included with the monitor) may be required.

- Cleaning: Wipe down the arm with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Periodic Checks: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight and secure.
- Gas Spring Adjustment: If monitors begin to sag or are difficult to adjust, re-adjust the gas spring tension as described in the troubleshooting section.
Troubleshooting
Monitor Sagging or Difficulty Adjusting Tilt
If your monitor sags or is difficult to tilt, the gas spring tension may need adjustment. This is common, especially after initial installation or if monitor weight changes.
- Adjust Gas Spring Tension: Use the included Allen key to adjust the gas spring force value of the head and upper arm to the maximum before hanging the monitor.
- Loosen Tilt Adjustment: If the display still cannot be tilted, loosen the adjustment screw on the head until it can be tilted to the right position.

The gas spring is tested for 20,000 cycles to ensure long-lasting performance.
