Setup and Installation
This lamp post is designed for pole mounting and requires hardwiring. Due to the electrical nature of the installation and masonry work potentially involved, it is highly recommended to consult and hire a qualified electrician for proper and safe installation.
Pre-Installation Checklist:

Installation Steps (Professional Installation Recommended):
- Prepare the Base: If installing in fresh concrete, dig holes and set the bolts down before pouring concrete. If replacing an existing lamp post, ensure the existing bolts are 7.68 inches apart from center to center for compatibility.
- Assemble Lamp Heads: Carefully attach the three lantern heads to the central post. Ensure all wiring connections are secure and properly insulated.
- Mount the Post: Secure the lamp post to the prepared base using the provided mounting accessories. Use the additional template card for quick positioning if needed.
- Electrical Connection: Connect the lamp post's wiring to your main power supply. This step is critical and must be performed by a qualified electrician to ensure proper grounding and adherence to all electrical codes.
- Install Bulbs: Insert the three included E26 base bulbs into the sockets.
- Test Functionality: Once installation is complete and all connections are secure, restore power and test the light and GFCI outlet.

Operating Instructions
Dusk-to-Dawn Sensor:
The integrated photocell sensor automatically detects ambient light levels. The lamp post will turn on at dusk and turn off at dawn, providing hands-free operation and energy savings. Ensure the sensor is not obstructed by objects or direct artificial light sources, as this may interfere with its proper function.

GFCI Outlet Usage:
The GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) outlet provides protected power for outdoor devices. To activate the outlet and the light, press the "RESET" button on the GFCI receptacle. If the GFCI trips (e.g., due to a ground fault), the "TEST" button may pop out, and the light and outlet will lose power. To restore power, unplug any devices, press the "RESET" button firmly until it clicks into place.

Bulb Replacement:
To replace bulbs, ensure power is disconnected. The lamp heads feature an open bottom design, allowing for easy access to the E26 sockets. Simply unscrew the old bulb and screw in a new one of the appropriate type and wattage.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance will help prolong the life and appearance of your lamp post.
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the lamp post and glass panels with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or glass.
