Setup
1. Battery Installation:
The main unit and wireless sensor require batteries (not included).
- Main Unit: Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the main unit. Insert 3 x AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover.

2. Sensor Placement:
For accurate outdoor readings and optimal wireless signal, consider the following:
- Place the wireless sensor in a shaded, dry location away from direct sunlight and precipitation. Although the sensor is IPX4 waterproof, prolonged exposure to harsh weather can affect its lifespan.
- Ensure the sensor is within the 330ft (100m) wireless range of the main unit. Obstacles like thick walls, metal structures, and electronic devices can reduce the effective range.
- Avoid placing the sensor near large metal objects or electrical appliances that may interfere with the wireless signal.

3. Initial Pairing:
Once batteries are installed in both units, the main unit will automatically search for the wireless sensor. This process may take a few minutes. The outdoor temperature and humidity readings will appear on the main unit's display once connected. If connection is not established, refer to the Troubleshooting section.
4. Mounting Options:
The main unit can be placed on a tabletop using its integrated stand or mounted on a wall using the keyhole slot on its back.
