Setup

  1. Unpack all components and ensure they are intact.
  2. Clean the heating chamber and basket with warm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and dry.
  3. Place the device on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
  4. Ensure the power cord is accessible and not obstructed.
  5. Fill the water reservoir with distilled water up to the indicated maximum level. Do not overfill.
  6. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The digital display will illuminate.

Operating Instructions

The device features a digital display and control buttons for power (Power), menu selection (Menu), and temperature/time adjustment (+ / -). Press the Power button to turn the device on or off. Use the Menu button to cycle through the five available programs.

1. Defrost Program

This program is designed for safely defrosting frozen breast milk while preserving nutrients.

  • Place the frozen breast milk container (e.g., milk storage bag) into the basket, then place the basket into the heating chamber.
  • Add water to the heating chamber, ensuring the water level is below the rim of the container.
  • Press the Menu button until the defrost icon is displayed.
  • The program will defrost and warm the milk to the correct temperature in approximately 35 minutes.

2. Heating Breast Milk

This program gently heats breast milk to a suitable feeding temperature.

  • Place the bottle containing breast milk into the basket, then place the basket into the heating chamber.
  • Add water to the heating chamber, ensuring the water level is below the rim of the bottle.
  • Press the Menu button until the breast milk heating icon is displayed.
  • The device will heat the breast milk to approximately 40 °C in about 12 minutes.

3. Heating Bottle Food (Formula)

This program warms formula or other liquid bottle food to an optimal temperature.

  • Place the bottle containing formula into the basket, then place the basket into the heating chamber.
  • Add water to the heating chamber, ensuring the water level is below the rim of the bottle.
  • Press the Menu button until the bottle food heating icon is displayed.
  • The device will heat the bottle food to approximately 40 °C in about 12 minutes.

4. Heating Glass or Other Starters

This program is suitable for warming jarred baby food or other solid starters.

  • Place the glass jar or container with solid food into the basket, then place the basket into the heating chamber.
  • Add water to the heating chamber, ensuring the water level is below the rim of the container.
  • Press the Menu button until the jar food heating icon is displayed.
  • The device will heat the food to approximately 50 °C in about 12 minutes.

5. Sterilization Function

This program sterilizes bottles, teats, and other small accessories using steam.

  • Place the clean bottles, teats, or small accessories into the basket. Ensure items are arranged to allow steam circulation.
  • Place the basket into the heating chamber.
  • Add water to the heating chamber (refer to the manual for specific water quantity for sterilization).
  • Place the lid on top of the warmer.
  • Press the Menu button until the sterilization icon is displayed.
  • The device will heat to 100 °C in approximately 2 minutes to sterilize the items.

Important: Always check the temperature of the food or liquid before feeding your baby. Swirl the contents and test a small amount on your wrist to ensure it is not too hot.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene of your device.

  • Always unplug the device and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
  • The heating chamber and basket can be washed with warm soapy water and rinsed thoroughly.
  • To descale the heating chamber, mix 50ml of white vinegar with 100ml of cold water. Pour the solution into the heating chamber and let it stand for 30 minutes. Do not turn on the device. Empty the chamber and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Repeat if necessary.
  • Dry all parts completely before storing or next use.

Troubleshooting

  • Device not turning on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
  • Food not heating: Check if sufficient water has been added to the heating chamber. Ensure the correct program has been selected.
  • Heating takes too long: Verify the water level and ensure the lid (if applicable for the function) is properly placed. Descaling may be required if mineral deposits are present.
