Setup Guide
1. Prepare the Robot
- Remove all protective films and stickers from the robot and charging dock.
- Attach the side brushes by pressing them onto the posts until they click into place.
- Ensure the dustbin and HEPA filter are correctly installed.
2. Place the Charging Dock
- Place the charging dock against a wall on a hard, level surface.
- Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides of the dock and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of it.
- Connect the power adapter to the charging dock and plug it into a wall outlet.
- Keep the area around the charging dock clear of obstacles to ensure the robot can return easily.
3. Initial Charge
- Place the robot onto the charging dock, ensuring the charging contacts align. The robot will announce that it is charging.
- Allow the robot to fully charge before its first use. This typically takes 3-4 hours. The power indicator light on the robot will change when fully charged.
4. Download the Eureka App
- Scan the QR code in the manual or search for "Eureka" in your mobile app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
- Download and install the app.
- Follow the in-app instructions to register an account and add your NER600 robot. This will involve connecting the robot to your home Wi-Fi network.

Operating Instructions
Starting a Cleaning Cycle
- From the Robot: Press the Power button once to start an automatic cleaning cycle. Press again to pause.
- From the App: Open the Eureka app, select your NER600 robot, and tap "Start Cleaning".
- Voice Control: If connected to Alexa or Google Assistant, use voice commands such as "Alexa, start cleaning with Eureka robot."
Cleaning Modes
The NER600 offers various cleaning modes accessible via the Eureka app:
- Auto Clean: The robot intelligently navigates and cleans the entire mapped area.
- Spot Clean: Cleans a specific area more intensely. Place the robot in the center of the dirty area and select Spot Clean in the app.
- Edge Clean: The robot cleans along walls and furniture edges.
- Zone Clean: Define specific zones on the map for the robot to clean.
- Scheduled Clean: Set specific times for the robot to automatically start cleaning.
Vacuuming and Mopping
- For Vacuuming: Ensure the dustbin is empty and correctly installed. The robot will automatically vacuum.
- For Mopping:
- Remove the water tank from the robot.
- Fill the water tank with clean water. Do not use cleaning solutions that are not approved by Eureka, as they may clog the system.
- Attach the mop pad to the water tank.
- Reinstall the filled water tank and mop pad into the robot.
- Select the desired water flow level (Low, Medium, High) in the Eureka app.
- The robot will now vacuum and mop simultaneously.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your robot vacuum.
1. Emptying and Cleaning the Dustbin (After each use)
- Press the dustbin release button and pull out the dustbin.
- Open the dustbin lid and empty the contents into a trash can.
- Rinse the dustbin with water if necessary, ensuring it is completely dry before reinstallation.
2. Cleaning the Filter (Weekly, replace every 3-6 months)
- Remove the HEPA filter from the dustbin.
- Tap the filter against a trash can to remove loose dirt. Do not wash the HEPA filter with water.
- Brush off any remaining debris with a cleaning tool.
- Replace the filter if it is heavily soiled or damaged.
3. Cleaning the Main Brush (Weekly)
- Turn the robot over and remove the main brush cover.
- Lift out the main brush.
- Use the cleaning tool to cut and remove any hair or debris wrapped around the brush.
- Reinstall the main brush and cover.
4. Cleaning the Side Brushes (Monthly, replace every 3-6 months)
- Gently pull the side brushes upwards to remove them.
- Remove any hair or debris.
- If the brushes are bent or damaged, replace them.
- Push the clean or new side brushes back onto their posts.
5. Cleaning the Water Tank and Mop Pad (After each mopping session)
- Remove the water tank from the robot.
- Empty any remaining water.
- Remove the mop pad and rinse it thoroughly with water. Allow it to air dry completely.
- Rinse the water tank and allow it to air dry before storing or refilling.
6. Cleaning Sensors and Charging Contacts (Monthly)
- Wipe the cliff sensors, bumper sensor, and charging contacts on both the robot and the charging dock with a clean, dry cloth.
- Ensure no dust or debris obstructs the LiDAR sensor on top of the robot.
