Important Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow these basic precautions:

• Read all instructions before using this heater.
• Do not use this heater in bathrooms, laundry areas, or similar indoor locations where it may come into contact with water.
• Always unplug the heater when not in use.
• Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug, or after the heater malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
• Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and away from the sides and rear.
• To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
• Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
• This heater is equipped with an Overheat Protection feature that automatically cuts off power if the internal temperature reaches 167°F (75°C). The heater will resume operation once it cools down.
• The heater also includes a Tip-over Protection switch, which automatically shuts off the unit if it is accidentally knocked over. Ensure the heater is placed on a stable, flat surface.

Setup

1. Unpack the heater and all accessories from the box.
2. Place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure there are no obstructions to the air intake or exhaust vents.
3. Ensure the heater is at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) away from walls, furniture, curtains, and other combustible materials.
4. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips with this heater.

Operating Instructions

Your tectake space heater features two rotary knobs for easy control:

1. Power/Mode Selection Knob (Right Knob):
   • Turn to OFF to power off the unit.
   • Turn to FAN for natural wind circulation without heat.
   • Turn to LOW for 750W low heat output.
   • Turn to HIGH for 1500W high heat output.
2. Thermostat/Oscillation Knob (Left Knob):
   • Adjust the thermostat from MIN to MAX to set your desired room temperature. The heater will cycle on and off to maintain this temperature.
   • To activate the 120° oscillation function, ensure the heater is powered on and then turn the thermostat knob to the desired setting. The oscillation will begin automatically.

Maintenance
