Maintenance
Battery Care
The Anker SOLIX C1000 uses a durable LiFePO4 battery designed for over 3,000 battery cycles, providing a 10-year lifespan under normal operating conditions. To preserve battery health, recharge to 100% after every use. If storing for extended periods, recharge to 100% every 3 months.
Storage
Store the power station in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the solar panel is clean and dry before storage. The solar panel features an IP67 waterproof design, protecting it from rain and dust.
Troubleshooting
Overload Protection
If the power station is overloaded (exceeding 1800W continuous or 2400W peak), it may automatically shut down to protect the internal components. Disconnect some devices and press the reset button on the back of the unit to restore operation.
Charging Issues
If the unit is not charging, ensure all cables are securely connected and the power source is active. For solar charging, verify the solar panels are positioned correctly to receive maximum sunlight.
