Setup

1. Charging the Device: Before first use, fully charge the heating pad. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the device's charging port. Use a 5V 1A fast charging adapter (not included) for optimal charging time (approximately 2 hours).
2. Attaching the Belt: The heating pad features an adjustable elastic belt. Secure the belt around your waist, back, or abdomen, ensuring the heating surface is positioned directly over the area requiring therapy. The belt is designed to fit waistlines from 24"-63" (61-160cm).
3. Using the Extension Belt: If additional length is needed for the belt, attach the extension belt by connecting the buckle ends.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button (usually indicated by a temperature icon) for a few seconds to turn the device on or off.
2. Adjusting Heating Modes: Short press the temperature button to cycle through the 4 available heating modes (104℉, 122℉, 133℉, 149℉). The indicator lights will change to reflect the selected heat level.
3. Adjusting Vibration Modes: Short press the vibration button to cycle through the 4 available vibration modes.
4. Setting the Timer: Short press the timer button to select a usage duration of 1, 2, or 3 hours. The device will automatically shut off after the selected time.

Care and Maintenance

• Cleaning: Disconnect the device from any power source before cleaning. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the device in water or use harsh chemicals.
• Storage: Store the heating pad in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the device is fully charged before long-term storage to maintain battery health.

Troubleshooting

• Device Not Turning On: Ensure the device is fully charged. If the battery is low, connect it to a power source using the provided USB-C cable.
• No Heat/Vibration: Check if the device is powered on and the respective heat/vibration modes are activated. Ensure the battery has sufficient charge.
• Inconsistent Heat: The device uses NTC sensors for consistent temperature control. If you experience inconsistent heat, ensure the device is properly positioned and not obstructed.
