Connect the hot and cold supply lines to the corresponding inlets on the faucet body. Use the provided Highcraft braided supply lines. Ensure connections are hand-tightened, then use a wrench for a final quarter-turn, being careful not to overtighten. Connect the other ends of the supply lines to your hot and cold water shut-off valves.

  5. Check for Leaks: Once all connections are secure, slowly turn on the main water supply. Check all connections for any signs of leaks. Tighten any leaking connections as needed.

Operating Instructions

Your Aqua Vista kitchen faucet is designed for simple and efficient operation.

Faucet Operation:

  • Water Flow: Lift the single lever handle to turn on the water and control the flow rate. The higher you lift the handle, the greater the water flow.
  • Temperature Control: Move the single lever handle left for hot water and right for cold water. Adjust the position between hot and cold to achieve your desired water temperature.
  • Turning Off: Push the single lever handle down to turn off the water flow.

Side Sprayer Operation:

  • To use the side sprayer, ensure the main faucet handle is in the "on" position.
  • Press the trigger or button on the side sprayer handle to activate the spray. Release the trigger to stop the spray.
  • The side sprayer is ideal for rinsing dishes, cleaning the sink basin, or filling pots quickly.

Care and Maintenance

Proper care and maintenance will ensure the longevity and continued aesthetic appeal of your Aqua Vista faucet.

  • Cleaning: Clean the polished chrome finish regularly with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.
  • Aerator Maintenance: If water flow becomes restricted, the aerator at the end of the faucet spout may be clogged. Unscrew the aerator, clean any debris or mineral deposits, and then reattach it.
  • Leak Prevention: The faucet features drip-free, washerless cartridges. If a drip occurs, it may indicate a need to check the cartridge or connections.
  • Supply Lines: Periodically inspect the supply lines for any signs of wear, kinks, or leaks. The Highcraft braided stainless steel lines are designed for durability, but regular checks are recommended.
