Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Redragon M915WL mouse, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the mouse regularly. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the device.
  • Sensor Care: Keep the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse clean and free from dust or debris to maintain tracking accuracy.
  • Battery Care: Avoid completely draining the battery frequently. Charge the mouse when the low battery indicator appears. Do not charge the mouse using wall plugs with input voltage exceeding 7V.
  • Storage: When not in use, especially for extended periods, store the USB Nano Receiver in its dedicated slot on the bottom of the mouse to prevent loss.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Redragon M915WL mouse, try the following solutions:

  • Mouse Not Responding:
    • Ensure the mouse is powered on.
    • Check battery level and charge if necessary.
    • For 2.4G wireless, ensure the USB Nano Receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port. Try a different USB port.
    • For Bluetooth, ensure the mouse is in pairing mode and your device's Bluetooth is enabled and searching.
    • Try connecting the mouse in wired mode to confirm functionality.
  • Inaccurate Tracking/Lag:
    • Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
    • Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface (e.g., a mouse pad).
    • Adjust DPI settings to a lower value if tracking is too fast or erratic.
    • Ensure the 2.4Ghz receiver is not obstructed and is within the optimal range (up to 10m/32.8ft).
  • RGB Lights Not Working:
    • Check the mouse's power switch; some modes might disable RGB.
    • Ensure the mouse has sufficient battery charge.
    • Use the Redragon Pro driver software to check and adjust RGB settings.
  • Buttons Not Functioning Correctly:
