3.1 Components

4. Setup and First Use
4.1 Unpacking
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Remove the frying basket and any accessories from the main unit.
4.2 Cleaning Before First Use
- Wash the frying basket and any removable accessories in hot, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Preparing for Cooking
- Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. The air fryer will beep, and the digital display will illuminate briefly.
- Carefully pull the frying basket out of the air fryer using the cool-touch handle.
- Place your ingredients into the frying basket. Do not exceed the MAX fill line or overload the basket to ensure even cooking.
- Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.

5.2 Manual Cooking Settings
- Press the Power button (⏻) to turn on the display.
- Use the Temperature Up/Down buttons (∧/∨ next to °C) to adjust the cooking temperature between 80°C and 200°C.
- Use the Timer Up/Down buttons (∧/∨ next to min) to set the cooking time between 1 and 30 minutes.
- Press the Power button (⏻) again to start the cooking process. The fan icon will illuminate.
5.3 Using Pre-set Functions
The Impex AF 4301 comes with 7 pre-set cooking functions for common dishes.
- Press the Power button (⏻) to turn on the display.
- Press the 'M' (Mode) button repeatedly to cycle through the pre-set icons (e.g., fries, chicken, fish, cake, steak, shrimp, pizza). The corresponding icon will light up, and the default time and temperature for that preset will be displayed.
- You can adjust the time and temperature of a pre-set program using the respective Up/Down buttons if desired.
- Press the Power button (⏻) to start cooking.

5.4 During Cooking
- Some recipes may require shaking or tossing ingredients halfway through the cooking time. To do this, carefully pull out the basket, shake or toss the contents, and then slide the basket back in. The air fryer will automatically resume cooking.
- The air fryer uses cyclonic airflow for efficient cooking.

5.5 Ending Cooking
- When the set cooking time has elapsed, the air fryer will beep and automatically shut off.
- Carefully pull out the basket and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
- Empty the contents into a serving dish. Use tongs to remove food, as the basket and food will be hot.
- Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet after use.
