6. Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the finish.
- Rattan Care: The rattan inserts can be gently dusted or wiped with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid excessive moisture.
- Hardware: Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary.
- Spills: Clean up spills immediately to prevent staining or damage to the wood finish.
7. Troubleshooting
- Doors Not Aligning: If doors do not align perfectly, adjust the screws on the hinges. Hinges typically have multiple adjustment points (in/out, up/down, left/right) to fine-tune door position.
- Drawer Sticking: Ensure drawer slides are properly aligned and free of debris. Lubricate with a silicone-based spray if necessary.
- Wobbling: Check that all assembly screws are tightened. Ensure the cabinet is placed on a level surface. Use the adjustable foot pads if available, or shims if needed.
- Loose Hardware: If any handles or other hardware become loose, gently tighten the screws. Avoid over-tightening, which can strip the wood.
