5. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Placement: Place the main control unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
3. Connect Handpiece: Insert the handpiece cable connector firmly into the designated port on the front of the main unit.
4. Connect Foot Pedal (Optional): If you plan to use the foot pedal, connect its cable to the foot pedal port on the back of the main unit.
5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into the power input on the back of the main unit, then plug the other end into a standard AC 220V electrical outlet.
6. Handpiece Stand: Place the rubber handpiece stand on your workspace for convenient storage of the handpiece during use.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Inserting and Removing Bits

1. Ensure the handpiece is turned off and the bit is not rotating.
2. Twist the handpiece collar counter-clockwise until you hear a click or feel it loosen. This unlocks the chuck.
3. Insert the desired bit fully into the chuck.
4. Twist the handpiece collar clockwise until it clicks or feels secure. This locks the bit in place.
5. To remove a bit, reverse the process.

6.2. Powering On/Off

1. Press the ON/OFF button on the main unit to turn the device on. The LCD screen will illuminate.
2. Press the ON/OFF button again to turn the device off.

6.3. Adjusting Rotation Speed

1. Rotate the Speed Adjustment Knob clockwise to increase the rotation speed.
2. Rotate the Speed Adjustment Knob counter-clockwise to decrease the rotation speed.
3. The current speed (in thousands of RPM) will be displayed on the LCD screen.

6.4. Changing Rotation Direction (R/F)

1. Press the R/F button to switch the rotation direction between forward (clockwise) and reverse (counter-clockwise).
2. It is recommended to stop the handpiece rotation before changing direction to prevent damage.

6.5. Hand Mode vs. Foot Pedal Mode

1. Press the HAND/FOOT button to toggle between these two modes.
2. In HAND mode, the speed is controlled by the Speed Adjustment Knob.
3. In FOOT mode, the speed is controlled by pressing the foot pedal. The speed knob will set the maximum speed achievable with the foot pedal.

• Cleaning: Disconnect the device from power. Wipe the main unit and handpiece with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
• Bit Care: Clean bits after each use. Sterilize reusable bits according to standard hygiene practices.
