Setup

Power On/Off

To Power On: Press the main button for 3 seconds.
To Power Off: Press the main button for 3 seconds.

Bluetooth Pairing

First-Time Pairing: Power on the headphones using the main button. The device will automatically enter pairing mode. The LED will flash blue and red, and a voice prompt will say "pairing."
Turn on your device's Bluetooth and select "Hesh ANC" from the list of available devices. Accept any "Pair" or "OK" prompts. A voice prompt will confirm "connected."
Pairing to a New Device: Press the top ANC button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The voice prompt will say "pairing," and you can then select "Hesh ANC" from your device's Bluetooth list.

To Activate ANC: Press the top ANC button once.
To Turn Off ANC: Push the ANC button again.

Ambient Mode

To Activate Ambient Mode: Press the top ANC button two times.
To Turn Off Ambient Mode: Press the ANC button two times again.

Charging

To charge your headphones, plug in the USB-C Rapid Charge cable and connect to a computer, wall charger, power bank, or 12-volt adapter in a car.
The headphone LED will be solid red while charging.
The LED will turn green when fully charged.
A 10-minute charge provides 3+ hours of battery play time.
When fully charged, there will be up to 22 hours of play time.
When your battery has less than 30 minutes of play time left, a voice prompt will notify you "battery low," and the LED will flash red every 10 seconds.

Tile Finding Technology

Follow the on-screen instructions within the Tile app to connect your headphones.

Now, press and hold both the main button and the minus button at the same time for 3 seconds.
You'll see the LED flash purple, and a voice prompt will say "Disconnected."
The headphone will then go into pairing mode. The LED will flash blue and red, and a voice prompt will say "Pairing."
At this time, turn on your device's Bluetooth and look for "Hesh ANC" in your list of available Bluetooth devices.
Select "Hesh ANC" and accept any "Pair" or "OK" prompts that appear on your screen. When pairing is complete, a voice prompt will say "connected."
