2. Safety Information
To ensure safe operation and prevent damage, please observe the following precautions:
- Ensure the power adapter is connected to a suitable 24V DC power source.
- Do not expose the power adapter or controller to water. While the LED strips are IP68 waterproof, the power supply and control unit are not.
- Avoid bending the LED strip at sharp angles, which can damage the internal circuitry.
- Do not connect the LED strip directly to AC power without the provided power adapter.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- If cutting the LED strip, ensure to seal the cut end with glue to maintain its waterproof properties. Failure to do so will void the waterproof rating for that section.
- In case of malfunction or damage, disconnect power immediately and contact customer support. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself.

6. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your LED strip lights.
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the LED strips with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Waterproof Integrity: The IP68 rating protects the LED strip from water splashes and rainfall. However, avoid submerging the strip for extended periods or exposing the power adapter and controller to water.
- Cutting the Strip: If you need to shorten the LED strip, cut only along the designated cut marks (usually indicated by a scissor icon or copper pads). After cutting, it is crucial to apply a waterproof glue or sealant to the cut end to restore its IP68 waterproof property. Failure to do so will compromise the waterproof rating of the cut section.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Lights do not turn on. | No power, loose connection, faulty adapter. | Check power outlet. Ensure all connections (strip to controller, controller to adapter, adapter to wall) are secure. Test with another outlet if possible. |
| Remote control not working. | Battery depleted, remote out of range, IR receiver blocked. | Replace remote battery. Ensure you are within 32.8 ft (10m) and pointing the remote directly at the IR receiver on the control box. Remove any obstructions. |
| App cannot connect to lights. | Bluetooth off, app not updated, interference. | Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Restart the app and/or your phone. Make sure the lights are powered on. Try reinstalling the app. |
| Sections of the strip are not lighting up. | Damaged section, improper cut/seal. | Inspect the strip for physical damage or kinks. If a section was cut, ensure it was properly sealed. Contact customer support if the issue persists. |
| Adhesive is not holding. | Surface not clean/dry, unsuitable surface, environmental factors. | Ensure the surface is thoroughly cleaned and dried before application. For long-term outdoor use or rough surfaces, use the provided buckles and screws for reinforcement. Consider additional strong adhesive if necessary. |
