Important Safety Instructions
Please read and save these instructions before using your humidifier. Always follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons.
- Place the humidifier on a flat, stable, and water-resistant surface.
- Do not place the humidifier directly on carpet or a rug.
- Do not block air inlets or outlets.
- Only add clean, distilled water to the tank. Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Product Overview
The Dreo 4L Supersized Cool Mist Humidifier is designed to provide continuous, quiet humidification for large rooms, nurseries, and offices. Its ultrasonic atomization technology ensures a fine, even mist without wetting surfaces.

Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the humidifier from its packaging. Ensure all components are present: humidifier unit, user manual, aroma pad, cleaning brush, and cleaning guide.
- Placement: Place the humidifier on a firm, flat, and water-resistant surface at least 6 inches (15 cm) away from walls and appliances.
- Fill Water Tank: The humidifier features an easy top-fill design. Simply remove the top cover and pour clean, distilled water directly into the tank. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
- Power On: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (120 Volts).

Operating Instructions
The humidifier is controlled via touch buttons on the front panel.
- Power On/Off: Touch the power icon (⏻) to turn the humidifier on or off.
- Mist Level Adjustment: Touch the mist icon (☴) to cycle through three mist output levels: Low, Medium, and High. The indicator lights above the icon will show the current setting.
- Night Light: Touch the light bulb icon (💡) to turn the night light on or off.
- Night Mode: Touch the moon icon (🌙) to activate night mode. This will dim or turn off indicator lights and set the humidifier to its lowest, quietest mist setting (28dB).
- Aromatherapy: Locate the aroma pad tray at the back of the unit. Pull it out, add a few drops of your preferred essential oil to the pad (essential oils not included), and slide the tray back in. The mist will diffuse the aroma into the air.

Maintenance & Cleaning
Regular cleaning is essential for optimal performance and hygiene. The modular design allows for easy disassembly and cleaning.
- Daily Cleaning: Empty and rinse the water tank and base daily. Wipe down any surfaces with a soft cloth.
- Weekly Cleaning: For a more thorough clean, remove the water tank and the central mist outlet. Use the provided cleaning brush to scrub the base and internal components. A solution of white vinegar can be used to remove mineral buildup. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning.
- Cartridge Replacement: The humidifier is compatible with Dreo Demineralization and Clean Mist cartridges (sold separately). Replace demineralization cartridges every 4-6 months to prevent limescale and white dust. Clean Mist cartridges help ensure healthier mist.
Troubleshooting
- No Mist: Ensure the unit is properly plugged in and powered on. Check if the water tank is filled to the appropriate level.
- White Dust: This is often caused by hard water. Use distilled water or install a demineralization cartridge to reduce mineral buildup.
- Unusual Odor: Clean the water tank and base thoroughly. Ensure no essential oils are added directly to the water tank.
- Leaking: Do not overfill the water tank. Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface.
