Safety Information

  • Do not leave the vacuum cleaner unattended when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before servicing.

Setup

Follow these steps for initial assembly:

  3. Attach the Floor Nozzle: Connect the desired floor nozzle or accessory to the end of the telescopic wand. Ensure it is firmly attached.

Operating Instructions

Powering On and Off

Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Press the power button located on the main unit to turn the vacuum on or off.

Adjusting Suction Power

Multi-Floor Cleaning

Maintenance

Emptying the Dust Cup

The large 2-liter dust cup provides ample capacity for extended cleaning sessions. To empty, detach the dust cup from the main unit, open the bottom lid, and dispose of collected debris. Reattach securely.

Cleaning the Filters

The Eureka NEN180 features a three-stage filtration system, including a washable HEPA filter. Regular cleaning of the filters is essential for maintaining optimal suction and filtration efficiency.

  • Washable Pre-Motor Filter: Clean monthly, replace every 3 months.
  • Washable HEPA Filter: Clean every 6 months, replace yearly.

To clean, remove the filters and rinse them under running water until clean. Allow them to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting into the vacuum. Do not use a brush or any abrasive materials to clean the filters.
