Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your ROCAM Projection Alarm Clock, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Clock display is blank. | No power, power adapter disconnected, or power outage. | Ensure power adapter is securely connected to the clock and wall outlet. Check if the outlet has power. Verify backup batteries are inserted correctly if relying on backup. |
| Projection is blurry or unclear. | Projector focus not adjusted, or projection surface too far/close. | Rotate the focus ring on the projector lens until the image is clear. Ensure the clock is within the optimal projection distance (approx. 1.6-11.4 ft). |
| Alarm does not sound. | Alarm not set, alarm volume too low, or alarm mode incorrect. | Verify alarm time is set correctly. Check alarm mode (Weekday/Weekend/All 7 Days) matches your needs. Increase alarm volume using the VOL button. |
| USB charging ports not working. | Clock not connected to main power, or cable issue. | Ensure the clock is plugged into a wall outlet. Try a different USB cable or device to rule out cable/device issues. |
| Temperature/Humidity readings seem inaccurate. | Sensor interference or placement. | Ensure the clock is not placed near heat sources, direct sunlight, or vents that could affect readings. Allow time for the sensor to stabilize after moving. |
