Setup

Before first use, and after each use, ensure all parts are thoroughly cleaned.

  1. Disassemble all parts: outer lid, inner lid, and body.
  2. Wash all components with warm, soapy water. The entire unit is dishwasher safe.
  3. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before reassembling.
  4. For optimal temperature retention, pre-heat or pre-chill the jar. Fill the jar with hot water (for hot food) or cold water/ice (for cold food) for 5-10 minutes, then empty before adding your food.

Operating Instructions

Filling the Jar

After pre-heating/pre-chilling, fill the jar with your desired hot or cold food. Do not overfill.

Sealing the Jar

  1. Place the inner lid onto the body and twist to secure.
  2. Place the outer lid over the inner lid and twist clockwise until it is firmly closed. The click-open construction helps release pressure when opening.

  • Ensure all silicone washers are properly seated after cleaning to maintain the leak-proof seal.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers as they may damage the finish.

Troubleshooting

Food Not Staying Hot/Cold

  • Ensure the lid is securely tightened.
  • Verify that the silicone washers are correctly in place and not damaged.
  • Always pre-heat or pre-chill the jar with hot or cold water for 5-10 minutes before adding food.

Difficulty Opening Lid
