- Round Head: General full body muscle massage.
- Flat Head: Suitable for all body parts, especially for relaxation and shaping.

- Fork Head: Designed for the spine, neck, and Achilles tendon.
- Y Shaped Head: Similar to the fork head, suitable for larger muscle groups around the spine.
- Arc Shaped Head: For larger muscle groups and broader areas.
5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the massager gun. The device features a long-lasting 1800 mAh battery.

- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the massager gun.
- Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port.
- The LED indicator on the device will show the charging status. A full charge is indicated by all 4 LED bars being lit.
5.2 Attaching and Removing Massage Heads
- Ensure the massager gun is turned off before attaching or removing any heads.
- To attach a head, gently push the desired massage head into the opening at the front of the massager gun until it is securely seated.
- To remove a head, firmly pull the massage head straight out from the opening.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
- To turn on the massager, long touch the power button for 2 seconds. The LED display will illuminate.
- To turn off the massager, long touch the power button for 2 seconds again.
6.2 Adjusting Speed Settings
The GMV4 offers 6 speed levels, ranging from 1400 RPM to 3400 RPM, allowing for customized massage intensity.

- After turning on the device, press the + button to increase the massage speed.
- Press the - button to decrease the massage speed.
- The current speed level will be indicated on the LED display.
6.3 Usage Guidelines
- Select the appropriate massage head for the target muscle group.
- Start with the lowest speed setting and gradually increase to a comfortable intensity.
- Gently glide the massager over the desired muscle area. Do not apply excessive pressure.
- Move the massager continuously; avoid holding it in one spot for too long.
- Recommended usage time per muscle group is 30-60 seconds. The device has an automatic 15-minute shut-off feature.
- Use for arms, neck, shoulders, legs, and back. Avoid sensitive areas and joints.
7. Maintenance and Care
7.1 Cleaning
- Ensure the device is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
- Wipe the massager gun and massage heads with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
- Allow all parts to dry completely before storage or next use.
7.2 Storage
Store the massager gun and its accessories in the provided travel case to protect them from dust and damage.
