Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the heating pad and controller from the packaging.
- Connect Controller: Ensure the controller cable is securely plugged into the heating pad's connector.
- Positioning:
- As a Foot Warmer: Fold the pad and secure the buttons to create a pouch for your feet.
- As a Heating Pad: Lay the pad flat. Use the elastic belt if desired to secure it to your back, abdomen, or shoulders.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 230V electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
Using the Controller

- Power On/Off: Press the power button (usually red) to turn the heating pad on or off. The LED display will illuminate.
- Adjust Temperature: Use the temperature control buttons (typically '+' and '-' next to a thermometer icon) to set your desired heat level between 30°C and 70°C. The default temperature is 50°C.
- Set Timer: Use the timer control buttons (typically '+' and '-' next to a clock icon) to set the desired operating time between 10 and 90 minutes. The default time is 30 minutes. The pad will automatically shut off after the set time.
- Countdown Display: The controller features a countdown display to show the remaining operating time.
- Backlight: The controller has a backlight for easy reading in low light conditions.
Important Note: It is recommended to adjust the temperature from low to high to avoid discomfort from excessive heat.
Care and Maintenance
Cleaning Instructions

- Disconnect Power: Always unplug the heating pad from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
- Detach Controller: Carefully disconnect the controller from the heating pad. The pad is machine washable, but the controller is not.
- Machine Wash: The heating pad can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water (below 30°C / 86°F). Do not bleach.
- Drying: Hang to air dry completely. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Ensure the pad is absolutely dry before reconnecting the controller and using it again.
- Storage: Store the cleaned and dried heating pad in a cool, dry place. Do not wrap the cord tightly around the controller or pad.
