7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your YESTEL T15 tablet, refer to the following common solutions:

Problem Solution
Tablet does not turn on Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again. If it still doesn't turn on, perform a forced restart by holding the Power button for 10-15 seconds.
Wi-Fi connection issues Check if Wi-Fi is enabled in settings. Restart your router and the tablet. Forget the network and reconnect. Ensure you are within range of the Wi-Fi signal.
Slow performance or freezing Close unused apps. Clear app caches. Restart the tablet. Check for system updates. If the issue persists, consider a factory reset (back up your data first).
Apps crashing or not responding Force close the app (Settings > Apps > [Select App] > Force stop). Clear the app's cache and data. Reinstall the app.
Bluetooth accessories not connecting Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both the tablet and the accessory. Make sure the accessory is in pairing mode. Forget the device in Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
