  1. Connect Monitors: Connect your two monitors to the HDMI Out ports (Monitor A and Monitor B) on the rear panel of the KVM switch using HDMI cables.
  2. Connect Desktop PCs: For each desktop PC, connect two HDMI cables from the PC's graphics card to two HDMI In ports on the KVM switch (e.g., HDMI1 A and HDMI1 B for PC1, HDMI2 A and HDMI2 B for PC2). Also, connect a USB 3.0 Type-A to Type-B cable from each PC to the corresponding USB Host port on the KVM switch.
  3. Connect Laptop: Connect your laptop to the USB-C In port on the rear panel of the KVM switch using the provided USB 3.2 Type-C to Type-C cable. Ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports video output and data transfer for full functionality.
  4. Connect Peripherals: Connect your keyboard to the USB 1.1 Port for Keyboard on the front panel. Connect your mouse to the USB 2.0 Port. Other USB peripherals (e.g., webcam, hard drive) can be connected to the USB 3.0 ports on the front or rear panels.
  5. Connect Audio: If desired, connect your microphone to the Mic In port and speakers/headphones to the Line Out port on the front panel.
  6. Connect Ethernet (Laptop): For wired internet access on your laptop, connect an Ethernet cable from your router/modem to the 1G LAN port on the rear panel.
  7. Power On: Connect the power adapter to the Power Port on the front panel and plug it into a power outlet. The KVM switch will power on.
