1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using your Ganiza Blender. Retain this manual for future reference.

• Always ensure the blender cup is properly locked into the motor base before operation.
• Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids. Clean with a damp cloth only.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending to reduce the risk of severe personal injury.
• Avoid contact with moving parts.
• Do not blend hot liquids, as pressure buildup can cause the container to burst.
• Unplug from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Operate the blender for no more than 1 minute continuously. Allow 30 seconds of rest between cycles. After 5 continuous cycles, allow the unit to cool down for a longer period.

3. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Clean: Wash all cups, lids, and blade assemblies with warm, soapy water before first use. The motor base should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
3. Assemble: Choose the appropriate cup and blade assembly for your task (blending or grinding).

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Blending (Smoothies, Shakes, Juices)

1. Fill your chosen portable cup (24 oz. or 17 oz.) with ingredients. Ensure ingredients do not exceed the 'Max' fill line. For best results, add liquids first, then soft ingredients, and finally harder ingredients or ice.
2. Attach the 6-blade cross assembly securely to the open end of the cup by twisting it clockwise until tight.
3. Invert the cup and place it onto the 900W motor base. Align the tabs on the cup with the slots on the base.
4. Press down firmly on the cup and twist clockwise to engage the blending action. For optimal mixing, press intermittently.
5. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Do not blend for more than 1 minute continuously.
6. Release pressure and twist the cup counter-clockwise to stop blending and remove from the base.
7. Replace the blade assembly with a resealable lid or to-go lid for immediate consumption or storage.

4.2 Grinding (Coffee Beans, Spices)

1. Fill the 10 oz. grinding cup with dry ingredients such as coffee beans or spices. Do not exceed the 'Max' fill line.
2. Attach the 2-blade flat assembly securely to the open end of the grinding cup by twisting it clockwise until tight.
3. Invert the cup and place it onto the motor base. Align the tabs on the cup with the slots on the base.
4. Press down firmly on the cup and twist clockwise to engage the grinding action.
5. Grind until desired consistency is reached. Do not grind for more than 1 minute continuously.
6. Release pressure and twist the cup counter-clockwise to stop grinding and remove from the base.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

• Motor Base: Unplug the unit. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
• Blade Assemblies: For quick cleaning, add a small amount of soap and warm water to a cup, attach the blade, and blend for a few seconds. Rinse thoroughly. The detachable blade can also be rinsed directly under water.
• Cups and Lids: All cups and lids are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended).
• Storage: Store the blender and its accessories in a clean, dry place.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your blender, refer to the following common solutions:

• Blender does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Verify that the cup is properly locked into the motor base. The blender has a safety mechanism that prevents operation if not correctly assembled.
• Ingredients are not blending smoothly: Add more liquid to the mixture. Ensure ingredients are cut into smaller pieces. Do not overfill the cup. Use the pulse technique (intermittent pressing) to help break down stubborn ingredients.
• Motor smells or overheats: This may occur with prolonged continuous use. Allow the motor to cool down for at least 30 minutes. Do not operate for more than 1 minute continuously.
• Leakage: Ensure the blade assembly is tightly screwed onto the cup and that the sealing ring is correctly positioned.
