Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your MAHANCRIS Bar Cart. It is recommended to have two people for assembly, especially when handling glass panels.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Place them on a soft, flat surface to prevent scratches.
- Attach Casters: Screw the four casters into the designated holes on the bottom frame of the cart. Ensure two casters with brakes are positioned on the same side for easy access.
- Assemble Lower Frame: Connect the vertical support bars to the lower horizontal frame using the provided hardware. Do not fully tighten screws yet.
- Insert Lower Glass Panel: Carefully slide the first tempered glass panel into the grooves of the lower frame.
- Assemble Middle Frame: Attach the next set of horizontal bars to the vertical supports, creating the middle tier. Insert the second tempered glass panel.
- Assemble Upper Frame: Attach the final set of horizontal bars to the vertical supports. Insert the top tempered glass panel.
- Attach Handle: Secure the handle bar to the top frame using the remaining hardware.
- Tighten All Screws: Once all components are in place and aligned, systematically tighten all screws using the Allen wrench. Ensure the cart is stable.

Operating Instructions
- Moving the Cart: To move the bar cart, unlock the casters by flipping the brake levers upwards. Use the handle to guide the cart to your desired location.
- Securing the Cart: Once the cart is in position, push down the brake levers on the two locking casters to secure the cart and prevent it from rolling.
- Loading Items: Place items such as bottles, glasses, and serving accessories on the tempered glass shelves. The heightened fence design helps prevent items from falling off.

Maintenance
