Setup and Assembly
Your RCB E Bike RK15 comes 85% pre-assembled. The following steps outline the final assembly required before your first ride. It is recommended to have basic tools and follow the instructions carefully. An official assembly video may be available from the manufacturer to assist with this process.
Assembly Steps:
- Handlebar Installation: Attach the handlebar to the stem, ensuring it is centered and tightened securely. Adjust the angle for comfortable riding.
- Front Wheel Attachment: Install the front wheel, making sure the quick-release skewer is properly secured and the wheel is centered within the fork.
- Pedal Installation: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Screw them into the corresponding crank arms. Note that the left pedal has a reverse thread. Tighten firmly.
- Seat Post and Saddle Adjustment: Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the saddle height to ensure your legs have a slight bend at the knee when the pedal is at its lowest point. Secure the quick-release clamp.
- Accessory Attachment: Install any included accessories such as the front light, rear reflector, and fenders (if applicable).
