5.1. Adjustable Settings

The controller provides fully adjustable power and ramp time with a range of gain and load settings. These settings allow you to match the brake controller's performance to your specific vehicle-trailer configuration and towing conditions.

  • Gain Setting: Adjusts the maximum braking power delivered to the trailer. Increase for heavier loads or more aggressive braking, decrease for lighter loads or less aggressive braking.
  • Load Setting: Fine-tunes the ramp-up speed of the trailer brakes.

5.2. Triple-Axis Motion Sensing

The integrated triple-axis, motion-sensing accelerometer ensures smooth, responsive stops. The third axis dynamically adjusts power when driving on uphill or downhill terrain, optimizing braking performance without manual intervention.

5.3. Day/Night Modes

The display brightness can be adjusted for optimal visibility in both day and night driving conditions.

6. Maintenance

Regularly inspect all wiring connections for wear or damage. Ensure the brake controller unit is securely mounted. Keep the display clean and free from debris. No user-serviceable parts are inside the unit.
