1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions

To ensure safe operation and prolong the lifespan of your power station, please observe the following safety precautions:

  • Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the unit. Incorrect reassembly may cause fire or electric shock.
  • Do not place the unit near fire or expose it to direct sunlight or high temperatures.
  • Do not use or store the unit in a bathroom or in areas exposed to water or moisture.
  • Do not drop, strike, or subject the unit to strong impacts.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Do not use non-ACEMO approved power adapters or cables.
  • Ensure proper ventilation during use and charging to prevent overheating.
  • In case of fire, use a dry powder fire extinguisher. Water may cause electric shock.
  • If the unit emits smoke, strange odors, or unusual noise, stop using it immediately and contact customer support.

4. Setup

Before using your ACEMO Portable Power Station, please follow these initial setup steps:

  1. Unboxing: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all items listed in Section 3.1 are present.
  2. Initial Charge: It is recommended to fully charge the power station before its first use. Connect the AC charging cable to the unit and a wall outlet. The LCD screen will indicate the charging status.
  3. Plug Compatibility: For Japanese household outlets, the power station is designed with a 2-pin plug for direct compatibility.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Charging the Power Station

The ACEMO power station supports three charging methods:

  • AC Charging: Connect the provided AC charging cable to the power station's AC input port and then to a wall outlet. The unit can charge from 0% to 80% in approximately 1.8 hours.

  • Solar Charging: Connect a 100W solar panel (not included) to the DC input port of the power station. Using MPPT technology, it can achieve a full charge in approximately 5 hours under optimal sunlight conditions.
  • Car Charging: Use the provided car charging cable to connect the power station to your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. This method is convenient for charging while traveling or during emergencies. A full charge takes approximately 9 hours.

5.2 Using the Output Ports

To use the output ports, press the corresponding power button (AC, DC, USB) to activate the desired output. The LCD screen will display the active output and power consumption.

  • AC Outlets: For devices requiring AC power (e.g., laptops, small appliances).
  • USB Ports (USB-A, USB-C): For charging smartphones, tablets, drones, and other USB-powered devices. Fast charging ports are available for compatible devices.
  • DC 12V Output: For devices compatible with 12V DC power, such as car refrigerators or portable air pumps.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your ACEMO Portable Power Station.

  • Storage: Store the power station in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, it is recommended to charge the unit to 50-80% every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
  • Cleaning: Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Care: Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently, as this can reduce its overall lifespan.
  • Ventilation: Ensure the cooling fan vents are clear of obstructions during operation to prevent overheating.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your power station, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
