Adjusting the Seat
To adjust the seat height, loosen the locking knob on the seat post, slide the seat to the desired position, and re-tighten the knob securely. Ensure your knees have a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
Using the Resistance Knob
The AirBike uses air resistance. The resistance level is controlled by your pedaling speed. Pedal faster for more resistance, slower for less. There is no manual resistance knob to adjust the fan directly.
Console Functions
The console displays various workout metrics:
- TIME: Displays the duration of your workout.
- SPEED: Shows your current speed.
- DISTANCE: Tracks the total distance covered during the workout.
- CALORIES: Estimates the calories burned.
- ODOMETER: Displays the total accumulated distance.
Press the MODE button to cycle through the display functions. Press and hold MODE to reset values (except Odometer).
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your AirBike.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the equipment with a damp cloth after each use. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Lubrication: Periodically check moving parts for smooth operation. Apply a silicone-based lubricant to pivot points if necessary.
- Tightness: Regularly check all bolts, nuts, and screws to ensure they are securely tightened.
- Storage: Store the AirBike in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Console not displaying | Dead batteries; Loose sensor connection | Replace batteries; Check and secure sensor wires |
