About the Product

This high-precision smart weighing device is used for accurate measurement of human body fat. It is professionally designed to help balance your daily life and diet by providing invaluable assistance in tracking your fitness progress. The scale features built-in step-on technology for instant activation upon contact.

Product Installation

Insert two AAA Alkaline batteries into the battery compartment.
Place the body scale on a firm, level, and dry surface.
Avoid placing the scale in areas prone to water splashes.
For better display visibility, it is advised to keep the scale away from direct daylight.

Installing the Application

To use the smart features of the scale, download the "Lifelong Smart" Home App. The app is available via a QR code.

If you do not have an app account, you can register using an email address. Navigate to the registration page, click "Get Verification Code," enter it, set your password, and click "OK" to register.

Adding the Device to Your Phone

Ensure your mobile phone's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled.
On the Lifelong Smart App home page, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner or click the "Add Device" button.
Select "Auto Scan" from the top carousel.
Step onto the body scale to activate it.
The body scale will be detected automatically within a few seconds and added to the app.

Product Operation

You can rename the device as desired.
Select your preferred unit of weight measurement (lb or kg).
Enter your gender, date of birth, and height, along with a username.
To add more users, navigate to Settings > Members > Add member.
Return to the main screen of the body scale to select a user and begin measurements.
You can set your target weight and target fat percentage on the main screen.
After measurement, data is transferred from the scale to the mobile app. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile during measurements.
Measured weight and body parameters can be viewed by scrolling down the main screen.
View your measurement trends and history via the bottom carousel.
History and trend data are stored separately for each user.
Monitor the battery level from the app settings.

Note:

It is crucial to select the correct User before starting a measurement. Otherwise, data may be recorded under the wrong user's history. Individual historic data entries cannot be deleted.
Body weight can be measured even when the scale is not connected to the mobile app. Data recorded during disconnected periods will appear as "Unallocated Data" in the app and must be manually deleted before a new measurement.

Changing/ Updating the Settings:

Access settings to change units (kg/lb/st) via the "Set up" > "Unit switching" option.

Trends and History

Access user trends and history within the Lifelong Smart App to review past measurements and track progress over time.

Unit Conversion

To change measurement units (kg/lb/st), navigate to Settings > Unit switching.

Troubleshooting and Indicators

Low Battery:

The LED indicator will display "Lo". Please open the battery cover and replace the battery correctly.

Faulty Measurement:

A "Err1" message indicates a measurement failure, which can occur if the body fat percentage is below 5% or over 50%, or if the test was unsuccessful.

Error Icon:

An "Err" indicator signifies an overload or an error during operation, typically when the scale exceeds its maximum capacity. Remove the weight to avoid damage.

Terms and Conditions

This warranty is void under the following conditions:

Failure to present a completely filled warranty card at the time of service.
Product operation not in accordance with the user manual instructions.
Damage caused by lightning, abnormal voltage, water or other liquid intrusion, fire, flood, accident, negligence, or improper handling.
Damage resulting from installation, repairs, alterations, or modifications by unauthorized service personnel or organizations.
Removal or alteration of the product label containing the model number, serial number, and production code.
Defects or parts requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear, corrosion, rust, stains, scratches, dents on the casing, or paintwork.
Claims for damaged or missing parts (accessories) made more than 7 days after the original date of goods received.
Product used for commercial/industrial purposes, rented/leased, or subjected to non-household/non-domestic use.

Repairs or replacements will be carried out by an authorized service provider. During the limited warranty period, Lifelong or its authorized provider will repair the defective unit free of charge, including labor and parts, to restore it to optimal working condition. All defective parts used in warranty repairs must be surrendered to Lifelong or its authorized servicer.

Consumers are responsible for all expenses incurred in collecting the unit(s) or parts from the authorized service provider, as well as any other associated costs.

Lifelong's obligations are limited to the repair and replacement of the defective product. All other express or implied warranties, conditions, or terms, including warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Lifelong's total liability for damages related to the purchase or use of the product, regardless of the cause, shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.

Lifelong and its authorized distributors are not liable for any punitive, special, incidental, indirect, or consequential losses or damages, including loss of revenue, business, profits, goodwill, contracts, business interruptions, or loss of business information, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations apply even if the essential purpose of any limited warranty fails. This limited warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.

No carrier, dealer, or employee is authorized to modify this warranty. Lifelong reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary.
