4. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all detachable parts (lid, filter basket, pulp container, juice pitcher, food pusher) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The motor base should only be wiped with a damp cloth.

  1. Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
  2. Insert the juice collector onto the motor base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
  3. Carefully place the stainless steel filter basket into the juice collector, ensuring it is firmly in place.
  4. Position the lid onto the juice collector, aligning the spout with the juice outlet.
  5. Secure the lid by lifting the safety locking arm and locking it into the vertical position on the juice cover. The juicer will not operate unless this arm is securely locked.
  6. Place the pulp container under the pulp outlet and the juice pitcher under the juice spout.
  7. Insert the food pusher into the feed chute.

5. Operating Instructions

Prepare your fruits and vegetables by washing them thoroughly. For best results, remove large seeds and hard pits. The 3-inch wide mouth reduces the need for extensive chopping.

  1. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the safety locking arm is engaged.
  2. Plug the juicer into a suitable power outlet.
  3. Turn the control dial to the desired speed setting:
    • Speed 1 (Low Speed): Ideal for soft fruits and vegetables such as watermelon, oranges, strawberries, grapes, and tomatoes. (Approx. 14000-18000 RPM)
    • Speed 2 (High Speed): Suitable for harder fruits and vegetables like carrots, celery, apples, pears, and ginger. (Approx. 18000-22000 RPM)
  4. Gradually feed the prepared fruits and vegetables into the feed chute using the food pusher. Do not force the produce down, as this can reduce juice yield and strain the motor.
  5. Once juicing is complete, turn the control dial to "0" (Off) and unplug the appliance.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your juicer. Clean the appliance immediately after each use.

  1. Unplug the Juicer: Always ensure the juicer is unplugged from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Disassemble: Unlock the safety arm, remove the lid, filter basket, juice collector, pulp container, and food pusher.
  3. Rinse Parts: Rinse all detachable parts under running water to remove pulp residue.
  4. Clean Filter Basket: The stainless steel filter basket should be cleaned with the provided brush or a soft brush to remove any trapped pulp. Be careful as the blades are sharp.
  5. Dishwasher Safe Parts: All detachable parts, except the motor base, are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended).
  6. Clean Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
