6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your juicer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Juicer does not turn on. | Safety locking arm not engaged. Power cord not plugged in. Overheat protection activated. | Ensure locking arm is securely in place. Check power connection. Unplug and let cool for 15-30 minutes. |
| Low juice yield or excessive pulp. | Incorrect speed setting for ingredients. Filter basket is clogged. Ingredients not fresh. | Use Speed '2' for harder produce. Clean the filter basket thoroughly. Use fresh, firm fruits and vegetables. |
| Juicer vibrates excessively or makes loud noise. | Uneven loading of ingredients. Filter basket not properly seated. | Feed ingredients slowly and evenly. Disassemble and re-seat the filter basket correctly. |
| Juice leaks from the side. | Components not assembled correctly. Too much foam. | Disassemble and reassemble all parts, ensuring a tight fit. Use the juice collector lid to minimize foam. |
