5. Setup and Assembly

  1. Attach Food Inlet: While holding down the black fastening button on the main unit, rotate the food inlet counter-clockwise into the machine until it locks securely.
  2. Insert Blade: Select the desired blade. Insert the bottom of the blade into the blade cylinder holder first, then press the top firmly until it clicks into place.
  3. Attach Blade Cylinder: Insert the assembled blade cylinder into the cross fastener in the food outlet and rotate clockwise to secure it.
  4. Position Food Pusher: Place the food pusher into the food inlet.

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Ensure the appliance is properly assembled and plugged into a 110V power outlet.
  2. Place a bowl or container under the food outlet to collect the processed food.
  3. Turn the rotary knob switch to the "ON" position to start the motor.
  4. Place the food item into the food inlet. For better cutting, press the food pusher with some force to ensure good contact between the food and the blades.
  5. Once finished, turn the rotary knob switch to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance.
