3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the mouse. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging dock and then to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). Place the mouse onto the charging dock. The mouse's RGB lighting will indicate charging status.

3.2 Connecting the Mouse

The DAREU EM901X supports dual-mode connection: 2.4G wireless and wired (USB Type-C).

3.2.1 2.4G Wireless Connection

1. Locate the USB receiver (dongle) usually stored in a compartment on the underside of the mouse or within the charging dock.
2. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
3. Turn on the mouse using the power switch located on the bottom. The mouse should automatically connect to the receiver.

3.2.2 Wired Connection

Connect the USB Type-C cable directly from the mouse to a USB port on your computer. The mouse will function in wired mode and charge simultaneously.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 DPI Adjustment

The mouse features an exclusive AIM-WL Sensor with adjustable DPI sensitivity up to 12000 DPI. Use the dedicated DPI button (usually located behind the scroll wheel) to cycle through different DPI settings. Each setting may have a corresponding LED indicator color or flash pattern.

4.2 Programmable Buttons

The DAREU EM901X features 7 programmable buttons. To customize button assignments, complex macro functions, RGB backlit effects, and DPI settings, download and install the official DAREU driver software from the DAREU website. 4.3 RGB Lighting

Both the mouse and the charging dock feature adjustable RGB lighting effects. These can be customized via the DAREU driver software to match your setup or personal preference.

4.4 Battery Life and Charging

The mouse is equipped with a 930mAh lithium battery, providing approximately 10 days of continuous working time in 2.4G wireless mode (based on 4 hours of use per day from DAREU Lab data). When the battery is low, the mouse's indicator light may change or flash. You can charge the mouse by placing it on the magnetic charging dock or by connecting it directly via the USB Type-C cable. The mouse remains functional during wired charging.

• Storage: Store the mouse in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid completely draining the battery frequently. Charge the mouse regularly.
