Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Hypershot 250, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Light Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the taillight to a USB power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to turn it on again.
  • Light Not Charging: Verify that the USB cable is properly connected to both the taillight and the power source. Try a different USB cable or power adapter. Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.
  • Dim Light Output: A dim light often indicates a low battery. Recharge the taillight fully. If the issue persists after a full charge, contact customer support.
  • Mounting Issues: Ensure all screws on the mount are securely tightened. If components like screws or the light holder are missing or damaged, contact customer support for replacement parts.
  • Intermittent Operation: This could be due to a loose connection or low battery. Ensure the light is firmly seated in its mount and fully charged.
