2. Safety Information and Warnings

• Weather Conditions: This tent is suitable for temporary use in good weather conditions. DO NOT use the tent during heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, or any other severe weather. Such conditions can cause the tent to collapse, leading to property damage or personal injury.
• Anchoring: Always ensure all connections are tight and secure. Use the provided ropes and ground pegs to firmly anchor the tent to the ground before and during use. Insufficient anchoring can lead to the tent being lifted or damaged by wind.

• Fire Safety: Keep all sources of ignition and heat away from the tent fabric. The fabric is not fireproof.

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be straightforward with numbered parts. No additional tools are required. For best results, assemble with a friend.

1. Step 1: Assemble the Top Frame. Lay out all frame components. Connect the iron tubes according to the numbered instructions, forming the rectangular top frame of the tent. Ensure all connections are secure. The spiral interface between tubes enhances overall frame stability.
2. Step 2: Cover with Top Tarp Material. Carefully drape the PE cloth top canopy over the assembled top frame. Ensure it is centered and aligned correctly.
3. Step 3: Erect the Frame and Attach Side Panels. With assistance, lift the assembled top frame and attach the leg poles. Once the main structure is standing, attach the 8 removable sidewalls. Two of the sidewalls feature zippers for easy entry and exit.
4. Step 4: Secure the Tent. Once fully assembled, use the provided ropes and ground pegs to firmly anchor the tent to the ground at all designated points. This is crucial for stability, especially in light winds.

5. Operation

• Removable Sidewalls: The tent includes 8 sidewalls, two of which have zipper doors. These sidewalls can be easily removed or attached to adapt to different weather conditions, privacy needs, or ventilation requirements. Removing sidewalls can improve air circulation, while attaching them provides shade and privacy.
• Zipper Doors: Utilize the two zippered sidewalls for convenient entry and exit. Ensure zippers are fully closed when not in use to maintain internal conditions.
• UV Protection: The canopy material offers UV protection, providing a shaded area from direct sunlight.
• Water Resistance: The PE cloth top is water-resistant, offering protection from light rain. However, as noted in safety, it is not designed for heavy rain.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance will extend the life of your party tent:

• Cleaning: Clean the PE cloth and frame with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the material. Rinse thoroughly and allow all components to dry completely before storage.
• Storage: When not in use, disassemble the tent and store all components in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the fabric is completely dry to prevent mold and mildew.
• Inspection: Before each use, inspect the frame for any bends, cracks, or rust. Check the fabric for tears, holes, or signs of wear. Address any issues promptly to maintain structural integrity.
• Rust Prevention: The iron tubes are powder-coated for rust and corrosion resistance. However, prolonged exposure to moisture can still lead to rust. Keep the frame dry and clean.

• Tent Instability:
  • Ensure all frame connections are fully engaged and tightened.
