Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your ATOVANKA AT-BR1, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • No Image on Monitor:
    • Ensure the camera and monitor cables are securely connected.
    • Check if the monitor is powered on and has sufficient battery.
    • Verify the camera lens is clean and unobstructed.
  • Recording Not Working:
    • Confirm a Micro SD card is inserted and properly formatted.
    • Check if the SD card has sufficient free space. The loop recording feature will overwrite old files, but a full card might cause issues if not managed.
    • Ensure the recording function is enabled in the settings.
  • Short Battery Life:
    • Ensure the device is fully charged before use. Charging time can be reduced with the TYP-C fast charging cable.
    • For extended rides, consider connecting a portable USB power bank.
  • Monitor Brightness Issues:
    • Adjust brightness settings via the touch controls if available. If brightness is fixed, ensure the monitor is positioned to minimize glare in direct sunlight.
  • Rearview Mode Not Engaging:
    • If the device defaults to video/picture mode, check the settings to ensure the real-time rearview function is selected or enabled. A factory reset might resolve persistent software glitches.
